- Don’t take aspirin if you are suffering from aspirin (this might cause acid drug reflux)
- Try to place your head on a higher position than your stomach while sleeping
This last advice is only for people who suffer from nighttime heartburn, and it is not necessarily a way to stop general heartburn. It’s just fun to mention it and hear the moans of disbelief that reverberate through the room!
